Returns & Exchanges

In order to provide you with the best possible online shopping experience, if you found something unsuitable or unsatisfied, you can request an exchange or return for a refund. All Panties and Medical Masks item, for sanitary reasons are not returnable.

  • You can request for an exchange or return within 30 days of dispatching your order. (According to the date of the shipping confirmation email is being sent)
  • You can request an exchange via our Returns and Exchanges Page. Please let us know your order number, the style and size that you would want to exchange. We will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible,
  • Products must be in original condition, with all tags attached, and must be returned in the original undamaged box and/or packaging; We do not accept exchange or refund if the product has been used, washed, damaged or altered. Please keep the receipt of your return shipment, in case of any delivery issue, we might request the receipt for follow up.
  • Please note that we will not be able to provide a refund on any shipping fees, customs duties, taxes and/or fees levied or charged for the original order. You will be responsible for the costs, customs, taxes and fees of returning the product to us.
  • All special priced and sale items can only be exchanged, no refund service is available.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items (and their packaging) which are not in their original condition.
  • The above terms and conditions are only applicable on orders made on Her Own Words Online Shop.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Returns of defective products

In circumstances where you consider the product defective, you should promptly contact us or email is at cs@howherownwords.com.

 

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you of your right to a replacement or refund (if any) via email within a reasonable period of time. In case of existence of any defect, defective products will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges and any necessary and reasonable costs incurred by you in returning the item. We will make the refund using the method that you used to make payment.
