Hong Kong & Macau 

  • You may enjoy free shipping on orders over HKD$300/MOP$300, otherwise, a HKD$30/MOP$30 delivery charge applies.
  • Your order will usually be processed within 3-5 working days after placing it.
  • The estimated delivery time is 7 days for Hong Kong and Macau orders, The delivery time is for reference only and cannot be guaranteed to be completely accurate, as it may be delayed due to stock availability, payment, or courier arrangements.
  • The recipient's signature is required upon delivery. If no one receives the goods upon delivery, the courier company will contact you to arrange another delivery.
  • It will be delivered by different courier companies depending on the location and will provide door-to-door delivery service.
  • Please ensure that the delivery address and recipient's name provided are correct.
  • All orders are subject to existing inventory.
  • The courier company's delivery area is currently limited to commercial and residential addresses (excluding restricted areas)
  • You can choose to have the package delivered to an SF Locker or SF Store.

International Shipping

China: Free shipping on orders over HKD$500, otherwise HKD$100 delivery charge applies.

    Singapore & Malaysia: Free shipping on orders over 88 SGD or 295 MYR, otherwise HKD$100 delivery charge applies.

      International: Free shipping on orders over HKD$1500, otherwise HKD$180 delivery charge applies.

      • The estimated delivery time for overseas orders is 7-20 days and is subject to the courier company's arrangements.
