Job Requirements 

 Bachelor degree or above in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent
• 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing
• Great problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills
• Data-driven, logical, systematic and organized
• Experience in Sports Retail is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
•  Comfortable with working in Excel, PowerPoint and great with numbers

 1 - 2 years of relevant experience is preferably
 Fresh graduated will be considered

 Technical CAD drawing skills
 Technical design and construction knowledge
 Creative problem solving skills
 Communication and presentations skills
 Moderate travel to Mainland China factory

Job Responsibilities

 Develop, implement and manage multiple influencer campaigns and budgets across channels from ideation to launch for different objectives
 Set up and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the campaign’s success
 Responsible for ROI optimization and performance
 Optimize the brand presence and values through different marketing activation of social media, influencer campaigns
 Manage third party agencies
 Work with cross-functional teams to push forward marketing agendas
 Proactive budget management, contract negotiations, agent relationships, briefs and integration into media, marketing programs and content
 Analyze campaign results and provide recommendations for optimization
 Collaborate with influencers to create and execute campaigns that align with brand objectives
 Manage the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, including budgeting, negotiations, contract management, and campaign tracking
 Monitor influencer content to ensure compliance with brand voice and guidelines
 Set goals, track conversions, and measure success of influencer program

 

Job Requirements 

 Degree holder in Business, Marketing or Communications or related field
 Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in influencer and social media marketing in eCommerce field, experience in US marketing
 Native in English, both spoken and written
 Strong sense in influencer demographics, profiles and trends
 Strong planning, analytical, creative, result-oriented, and able to work independently
 Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
